Event Coordinator Services

Are you seeking seamless event coordination? Look no further! At Vivian’s Events, we specialize in turning your vision into reality. Our services include:

Locating a Venue, DJ, Caterer, Videographer, Photographer, plus more.

Guiding vendors is a crucial part of ensuring a successful event for you. We take pride in making sure your event goes as plan from start to finish.

*If we have less than two months to coordinate your event there will be an upcharge fee of $250

Important Information

We know that every event is unique, and we want to insure your event has everything you are wanting and more.

Here are some things you should know about working with us:

  • We require a minimum of 4 hours of set-up time for any event.

  • We charge an extra $200 per day for weekday events.

  • There will be an up charge of $250 if we have less than two months to plan your event. (Repass Excluded) Entire balance will also be due in full at the time of booking. 

  • 50% non-refundable deposit to book your date, and the final payment is due 30 days before the event.

  • We are willing to travel up to eight hours from our location for an additional fee.
